Job summary

VOSS Automotive, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Specialist at our North American Headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on role bridges technical expertise with customer needs, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, conducting needs analyses, and leading product demonstrations to influence decisions.

You will manage RFQ processes, collaborate with project teams, document activity in Salesforce, and support Field Marketing events. Travel, including international, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, fluids knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including international travel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency; able to close opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Engage, qualify and analyze customer needs to scope VOSS solutions.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including retrofit/up-fit on trucks.
• Lead product presentations and influence decision-makers.
• Manage RFQ processes and collaborate across project teams.
• Document activity in Salesforce.com and track opportunities.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing events and distribute collateral.
