Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication across all levels.
• Systems engineering knowledge and lifecycle management experience.
• Ability to create and maintain project plans and backlogs.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical authority and design owner for assigned programs.
• Coordinate the project schedule, spend plans, and staffing plans across disciplines.
• Develop and manage the program backlog and releases for Agile projects.
• Prepare program cost, schedule and performance data for leadership.
