Qualifications

• Networking/technical degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 11/10 LTSC, Mac OS, and printing/file sharing networks.
• Experience with Adobe CS, PDF preflight, and color management."
• Strong presentation, communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to travel and work independently in a pre-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Learn Fiery products and provide pre-sales support.
• Willingness to travel and support other regions as needed.
• Collaborate with Fiery Sales, dealers and partners on technical requirements.
• Partner with Sales Development Managers to drive selling activities.
• Provide training and support at customer/partner events.
• Provide tech notes and updates to partners.
• Support partner/trainer events, seminars and demos.
• Present and demonstrate Fiery products to diverse audiences.
• Troubleshoot to close business with partners.
• Maintain professional contact with Partner/Reseller channels.
• Provide timely reporting of activity and issues.
• Log and assist with product issue resolution.
