Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on production print experience or production print sales engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery workflow software.
• Experience with major production print systems (Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh).
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and online business apps.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: assess client environments, design solutions, and present recommendations.
• Implementation: lead integrations and automation, train on Fiery/workflow software.
• Post-Sale: provide Tier 2 support and assist technicians with advanced software.
• Collaborate with sales/service/leadership and build client relationships.
