Pratt Industries is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to act as the primary liaison with assigned customers, not tied to a local rep. You will maintain strong relationships, identify process improvements, and cooperate with internal teams to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, serving as main contact for customer concerns, and leading projects impacting customers while supporting QA and production teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5+ years of outside sales or related with coursework.
• Technical: Excel and PowerPoint; data collection and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; group presentation ability.
• Math: Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning: Strong problem solving and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Serve as main contact, relay customer concerns to Pratt facility.
• Investigate process improvements to reduce costs and improve run-ability.
• Collaborate with CSRs on new items and overall customer activity.
• Join local Sales Representatives to review customer production lines.
• Support QA in complaint resolution and work with production/project teams.
• Lead Pratt projects affecting customers.
