Job summary

Carlisle Architectural Metals seeks a Technical Sales Representative to support inbound customers, vendors, and contractors. You will analyze drawings, prepare pricing quotes, and manage assigned customer accounts, partnering with Engineering, Production, and Shipping to build strong relationships and win bids.

Responsibilities include following up on quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and providing expert product knowledge and pricing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and growth

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide pricing quotes.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong relationships.
• Review drawings/specifications to determine appropriate product selections.
