You will collaborate with Technical Sales to secure projects, establish value in design stages, and navigate bidding processes.

The ideal candidate has a building science/construction background and familiarity with technical sales, interfacing with target customers to strengthen relationships and grow opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent experience

Aufgaben

• Persuade design/architectural community on value propositions for Carlisle Building Envelope solutions.
• Own the spec-to-ship process, interfacing with architectural/consulting community to drive specified sales.
• Grow commercial, institutional and multi-family sales for year-over-year growth.
• Prospect for new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage relationships across Architect, Engineer, Consultant and Owner levels to convey value propositions.
