Carlisle Companies is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive demand for building envelope solutions among Architects, Engineers and Consultants. You will work with the Technical Sales team to secure projects, establishing value in the design and bidding stages with a focus on both new construction and restorations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Persuade design/architectural community on the value propositions for Carlisle Company solutions.
• Own the spec-to-ship process, interfacing with architectural/consulting community to drive higher specified sales.
• Grow commercial, institutional and multi-family sales to deliver year-over-year growth.
• Engage in prospecting for new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage relationships across Architect, Engineer, Consultant and Owner to ensure value is understood.
• Track opportunities using the CRM and collaborate with Technical Sales to secure projects.
