Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Two years of successful experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Technical Support preferred.
• Available for overnight travel up to 10%.
• Must be able to independently analyze problems & develop solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to add value and ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Altec products and processes.
• Serve customers by providing quotes, pricing, change orders, shipping and delivery information, and addressing quality issues.
• Work with engineering and operations teams to communicate customer needs and propose solutions.
• Participate in events to improve the organization and team.
