Job summary

Rockwell Automation offers an EDGE Program in Technical Sales and Consulting, a multi-month training track blending sales, technical and professional development. Associates learn to build trusted relationships with customers and partners across North America while preparing for field sales roles.

Participants will complete the training and, upon completion, be placed in Rockwell's field sales offices. A bachelor's degree, work authorization, and a valid driver's license are required; internship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we will not sponsor visas.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with producers and customers to grow sales.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet annual goals and increase market share.
• Engage with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, video conferencing).
• After training, placement in one of our field sales offices across North America.
