Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE Program is a multi-month training program combining sales, technical, and professional development. Associates join a global cohort and, upon completion, are placed in Rockwell's field sales offices across North America.

We seek recent graduates with a strong technical background and a drive to turn complex challenges into practical solutions, collaborating with customers, integrators, and partners to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• Work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, you are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
