Job summary

Rockwell Automation invites applications for the EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training track. You will rotate through sales, technical, and professional training, then join a field sales office in North America after completion.

The Essentials include a Bachelor's degree and U.S. work authorization; a valid driver’s license is required. The preferred list covers related degrees and internships; location flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
