AT&T is seeking a Sales Manager-Sales System Eng to lead a team of Technical Sales Consultants in driving successful customer integration and seamless implementation of AT&T products and solutions. The role emphasizes planning, team coordination, and staying current with product knowledge across offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years direct work experience and one year leadership responsibility.
• Experience in technical sales or sales engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises a group of Technical Sales Consultants to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company products, services and solutions.
• Plans and allocates work among the technical support team to ensure quality pre/post sale support on integration and implementation of company products/services/systems/solutions.
• Keeps team up-to-date on new AT&T products and enhancements to existing products.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of engineering and complex aspects of AT&T products and services.
• Manages the work efforts of individual contributor direct reports and influences hire/fire, performance appraisal, and pay review decisions.
• Coaches and develops direct report subordinates.
