Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a group of Technical Sales Consultants to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company products, services and solutions.
• Plan and allocate work among the technical support team for quality pre/post sale support on integration and implementation.
• Keep team up-to-date on new products and enhancements to existing products.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of engineering and complex aspects of company products and services.
• Manage the work of direct reports and influence hiring, performance, and compensation decisions.
• Coach and develop direct report subordinates.
