AT&T in Hoover, Alabama, is seeking a Sales Manager – Sales System Engineer to lead a team of Technical Sales Consultants and drive successful integration and implementation of AT&T products and solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years of direct work experience with at least 1 year in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to meet sales goals while managing pre/post-sale support and team development.

• Directs and supervises a group of Technical Sales Consultants to assure successful customer integration and implementation of company products, services and solutions.
• Plans and allocates work among the technical support team to ensure quality pre/post sale support on integration and implementation of products/services.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of engineering and complex aspects of products and services.
• Manages the work efforts of direct reports and participates in hiring, performance reviews and compensation decisions.
• Coaches and develops direct report subordinates.
