Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Sales Manager-Sales System Eng to lead a team of Technical Sales Consultants in achieving sales goals and ensuring successful customer integration of AT&T products and solutions. The role involves planning work distribution, coaching staff, and staying current with product enhancements across complex systems.

With 5–8 years of experience and a Bachelor degree, you will influence hiring decisions, performance reviews, and compensation while delivering high-quality pre/post-sale

• Typically 5 to 8 years direct work experience and one year leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises a group of Technical Sales Consultants to assure successful customer integration and implementation of company products, services and solutions.
• Plans and allocates work among the technical support team to ensure quality pre/post sale support on integration and implementation of Company products/services/systems/solutions.
• Coaches and develops direct report subordinates.
• Keeps team up-to-date on new Company products and enhancements.
