Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Senior Sales System Engineer 2 to design, implement, and optimize advanced technical sales solutions and drive customer integrations. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding direct sales teams and customers through complex product deployments.

The role involves leading deployment projects, collaborating with product architects, and delivering compelling product demonstrations while maintaining up-to-date system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing technical sales solutions.
• Ability to manage mid-size to large complex sales with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and consultation to direct sales teams and customers on complex products.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions with product teams.
• Ensure product integration, troubleshoot issues, and train sales teams and customers.
• Manage deployment projects and lead technical discussions in client meetings.
• Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, and document systems.
