Job summary

Ferrotec is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue by developing new business and expanding existing accounts in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area. You will own the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale support, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions for BioMedical and Data Center product lines.

The role requires a track record in technical sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years professional experience, including 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development of technical products.
• Thermal Management expertise.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• As primary owner for assigned accounts, manage relationships and internal coordination for delivery.
• Lead outbound and inbound sales development activities, including lead qualification and outreach.
• Develop territory and account strategies to meet targets.
• Create tailored proposals and manage full sales process to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Coordinate resources to support delivery, technical discussions, and ongoing support.
• Maintain forecasts and reports on pipeline, revenue, and product mix.
