Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, providing coaching and performance management.
Collaborate with Field Operations Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
Foster relationships with key customers and partners to ensure exceptional customer experience.
