You will coach Sales Engineers and Technical Sales staff, align with Field Operations, and build executive-level relationships to win complex deals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, providing coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
• Foster relationships with key customers and partners to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Engage at the C-suite level to drive strategic conversations and deal shaping.
• Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles.
