Job summary

Teradyne is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic sales initiatives across the San Jose region. You will manage Sales Engineers and Technical Sales professionals, ensuring customer relationships and technical excellence in complex deals.

The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, enterprise engagement, and the ability to engage C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business/engineering focus; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams and technical sales engagements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
• Foster relationships with key customers and partners for exceptional experience.
• Engage at the C-suite level to drive strategic conversations.
• Drive technical enablement and solution positioning through complex sales cycles.
