Flowserve Corporation is seeking a GasPac Compressor Seals & Systems Sales Specialist to drive growth across North America. You will leverage your rotating equipment expertise to target greenfield projects, support complex plant turnarounds, and expand the footprint among key industrial end-users.

You will provide field-level technical support, engineering consultation, and troubleshooting, while using dashboards to uncover lifecycle replacement cycles and negotiating service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–10 years of technical sales or engineering experience in rotating equipment or turbomachinery.
• Deep technical understanding of compressor seals, dry gas seals, and API standards (API 682 and API 692).
• Proven track record of territory growth and proactive business development in industrial manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.

Responsabilités

• Drive direct sales and strategic account growth for specialty compressor seals, dry gas seals, and auxiliary support systems across North America.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across chemical plants, refineries, and power generation facilities.
• Provide expert field-level technical support, engineering consultation, and troubleshooting for rotating equipment and sealing systems.
• Utilize installed-base tracking dashboards and maintenance data to identify replacement and upgrade cycles.
• Deliver persuasive technical presentations, manage customer proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
