Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a GasPac Compressor Seals & Systems Sales Specialist to grow our rotating equipment solutions across North America, with a focus on Texas. You will drive direct sales, pursue greenfield opportunities, support plant turnarounds, and expand our footprint among key industrial end-users.

You will provide technical sales support, conduct persuasive presentations, manage customer proposals, and collaborate with engineering, service, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–10 years in technical sales or engineering within rotating equipment, mechanical seals, or turbomachinery.
• Deep knowledge of compressor seals, dry gas seal systems, and API 682/692 standards.
• Proven territory growth and proactive business development in industrial manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and consultative, technically driven sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales and account growth for specialty compressor seals across North America.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by hunting in chemical plants, refineries, and power facilities.
• Partner with regional distributors to maximize market penetration and revenue targets.
• Provide field-level technical support, engineering consultation, and troubleshooting for rotating equipment.
• Use dashboards and maintenance data to identify replacement and upgrade cycles.
• Deliver technical presentations, manage customer proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, service, and manufacturing teams for seamless project execution.
