Motorola Solutions in Detroit seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own presales for complex customer engagements, bridging business strategy and technical architecture across sales, engineering, service, and product teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into end-to-end solutions, and demonstrate capabilities while traveling up to 50% in the Midwest/West territories. Competitive base and OTE with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales, engineering, presales, PM, or systems.
• Proven ability to analyze voice/data communications in public safety and enterprise contexts.
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Formulate presale strategies and service offerings to drive sales, revenue and margin.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive sole-source and RFP projects to completion.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end technical architectures and demos.
• Present complex concepts and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines and offer viable alternatives when needed.
