Job summary

Silgan Dispensing in the United States is seeking a technical resource for North America Healthcare Sales. You will partner with customers, CDMOs, and internal teams from concept to commercialization, shaping packaging solutions for leading brands.

You will lead technical discussions, support filling, packaging, and validation projects, and troubleshoot issues across Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project teams. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering, packaging, or manufacturing degree required.
• 5+ years in healthcare/pharma packaging.
• Strong customer-facing and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
