Silgan Dispensing is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Support professional to back our North America Healthcare business. This role blends technical knowledge with customer interaction, supporting projects from concept through commercialization.

You will partner with customers, CDMOs, the Sales team and internal departments, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales to meet customer needs. Travel is required; remote/home-based in NA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, or related industries.
• Strong customer-facing experience and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as required to support customers and business needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise and support to the NA Healthcare Sales team.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, fillers, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders.
• Support filling lines, packaging lines, validation, and commercialization projects.
• Coordinate customer projects from concept through successful commercialization.
• Collaborate with Product, Project, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to meet needs.
• Troubleshoot technical and quality issues with internal teams to find solutions.
