Silgan Dispensing is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Support professional to back our North America Healthcare business from a remote, home-based position. You will serve as a key technical resource, partnering with customers, CDMOs, the Sales team, and internal departments to support projects from concept through commercialization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, filling equipment, or related industries.
• Strong customer-facing experience and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as required to support customers and business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and support to the North America Healthcare Sales team.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, fillers, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders.
• Support filling lines, packaging lines, validation activities, and commercialization projects.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial concept through successful commercialization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues, working with internal teams to identify effective solutions.
