Trane Technologies invites you to join a 12-week Summer internship program focused on Technical Sales. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn about HVAC systems, and participate in meetings and customer interactions across North America.

This internship offers exposure to multiple business areas and pathways to our Graduate Training Program after graduation. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership development, and communication skills in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering for the full summer internship.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some positions may be remote while others may be hybrid or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, functions, service calls, and customer visits with mentors.
• Be hands-on in the steps sales engineers take from start to finish.
• Develop ownership mindset in solution-making with customers.
