Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, offers a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales. This on-site program develops your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills while exposing you to a full line of HVAC systems and building controls.

Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree, you will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, learn design and sale of systems, and may join the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the entire duration of the summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Sales Account Managers and customers to understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings and customer meetings; assist in hands-on steps of the sales process.
• Gain exposure to multiple Trane Technologies businesses and potentially join the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Education

Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
