Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a world-class technical sales internship in North America. You will work closely with Sales Account Managers and customers to gain hands-on experience in design, application, and sale of HVAC systems and building controls.

Actively pursuing an Engineering degree, you will develop leadership and communication skills during a 12-week program, with opportunities to join our Graduate Training pathway after graduation. On-site with potential regional assignments.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license for 12 months and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work on-site or hybrid across North America.
• Interest in technical sales and building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems and controls.
• Attend meetings, calls, and customer visits with mentors.
• Support the internship to develop leadership and communication skills.
