Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States invites you to join a Technical Sales Intern program in North America. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers to learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering for the duration of the summer internship.
• Candidates must have completed at least their sophomore year before start of the internship.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings, calls and customer visits with mentors.
• Gain hands-on experience in the sales engineering process throughout the internship.
• Build relationships with customers as daily point-of-contact in solution-making.
