Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales across North America. The program develops technical, business, sales, leadership and communication skills while exposing you to a full line of HVAC equipment and building controls.

As an intern, you will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, gain hands-on exposure to design and application, and explore a career path through our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the internship.
• Candidates must have completed at least their sophomore year before the internship starts.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with industry leading Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services for commercial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, functions, calls, and customer meetings with mentors and experienced account managers.
