Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, offers a 12-week Summer internship program in Technical Sales. You will develop your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills and explore a sales career with our industry-leading teams.

This internship will pair you with seasoned Account Managers, expose you to our building solutions portfolio, and may lead to the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the full duration of the summer internship.
• Preferred studies in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Engineering.
• Eligible candidates have completed at least their sophomore year before internship start.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of systems, controls, parts and services for buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, functions and customer meetings with mentors.
• Observe sales engineers' steps from start to finish and participate hands-on.
• Build ownership and trust with customers as daily contact for solutions.
