Job summary

Tremco Roofing and WTI is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in the construction arena. The role covers West Tennessee to Northern Mississippi, with a base salary and strong commission potential, plus comprehensive benefits and training.

You will train for 18–24 months with an experienced representative, travel within the territory, and have opportunities for advancement as you contribute to high-end building materials projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales.
• Must have a valid drivers' license.
• Practical computer literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Must be willing to participate in the year-long training program.
• Self-motivated and great organizational skills.
• Goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory.
• As part of the program, you will be partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to assist you in training and development.
