Tremco Construction Products Group seeks an Outside Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will join a structured program, partnering with an experienced representative for 18–24 months of hands-on training while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• 1–4 years in sales or transferrable experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to participate in a year-long training program.

Responsibilities

• Pairing with an experienced Sales Rep for 18–24 months of hands-on training.
• Travel within the assigned territory to develop customers and close deals.
