Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive Brecco Water Solutions growth across the eastern seaboard, promoting product adoption and specifications with engineers, municipalities, and contractors.

The role combines technical sales expertise with field visits, product demonstrations, and training to ensure proper application of Brecco solutions. Significant travel is required to support distributors and customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with piping systems, industrial plumbing products, or mechanical components.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand market share and achieve sales targets for Brecco product lines within the assigned territory.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.
• Promote the full Brecco Product Catalog and drive product acceptance and specification across the region.
• Present Brecco solutions to engineering offices, design consultants, and contractors to influence specifications and project designs.
• Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions to ensure proper understanding and usage of Brecco products.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the design, selection, and installation phases.
• Maintain a structured weekly reporting process, including activity updates and market intelligence.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with internal sales colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across the region.
• Visit job sites to monitor installation practices and provide field training when needed.
