Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a Sales Engineer for Brecco Water Solutions to drive growth across the eastern seaboard and into the mid-west. You will bridge technical expertise with strategic sales, engaging engineers, municipalities, and end users to promote branded waterworks solutions.

The role requires traveling extensively, presenting technical seminars, and supporting project designs from design through installation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or preferred in Mechanical/Industrial fields.
• Strong technical aptitude with piping systems and industrial plumbing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Expand market share and achieve sales targets for Brecco products in the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and contractors.
• Present Brecco solutions to engineers and contractors to influence specifications and projects.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and seminars; support design and installation phases.
• Maintain weekly activity reports and develop territory sales plans.
