Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for Brecco Water Solutions across the eastern seaboard. You will combine technical knowledge with strategic sales, engaging engineers, municipalities, and end users to promote branded solutions and secure adoption in industrial water works projects.

Responsibilities include delivering technical seminars, product demonstrations, and field training, plus maintaining distributor and contractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred) required.
• Strong technical aptitude with piping systems, industrial plumbing products, or mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brecco solutions to engineering offices, design consultants, and contractors to influence specifications and project designs.
• Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions for proper usage of Brecco products.
• Visit job sites to monitor installation practices and provide field training as needed.
• Build and sustain relationships with local Brecco distributors and contractors; support joint sales calls and project pursuit strategies.
• Develop territory sales plans and report activity, market intelligence, and progress weekly.
