Stable work tenure with multi-year stays at past employers.
Local commute within 45 minutes of Washington County, WI area.

Responsibilities

Lead technical client consultations (20-25 daily interactions) and act as engineering authority.
Specify custom thermal/fluid systems to meet client needs.
Generate rapid technical quotes, system proposals, and ROI models.
Analyze blueprints and specifications to deliver value-engineered designs.
Bridge sales and plant floor to align quotes with lead times and fabrication limits.
Present detailed technical specs and compliance data to client executives.
