Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Applications Specialist in Wisconsin to lead 20-25 daily client consultations, configure custom thermal systems, and rapidly generate quotes. This onsite role blends technical engineering with client engagement in a stable manufacturing environment.

The position requires a BS degree in mechanical engineering, 5+ years experience with 2+ years in sales/applications, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required.
5+ years mechanical engineering experience with 2+ years in technical sales/applications.
Ability to manage 20-25 daily client interactions.
US work authorization and a 45-minute commute to Washington County, WI.
Strong written and verbal communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead 20-25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Specify and configure custom thermal/fluid systems for client needs.
Generate rapid technical quotes, system proposals, and ROI models using automated tools.
Perform value engineering on customer blueprints and specs with internal teams.
Coordinate with sales and plant floor to align quotes with lead times.
Present detailed technical specifications to client executives to secure approvals.
