Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Mechanical Engineer / Applications Specialist for an onsite role in Wisconsin. You will split time between technical sales support and mechanical system design, handling high-volume client consultations and rapid quote generation in a clean, modern facility.

Applicants should have a BSME, 5+ years of mechanical engineering plus 2+ years in sales/applications, and be prepared for daily commutes within a 45-minute radius of Washington County, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience with 2+ years in technical inside sales/applications.
• High-volume client engagement experience (20-25 daily interactions).

Responsibilities

• Lead 20-25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Specify and configure custom thermal/fluid systems to client specs.
• Generate rapid, accurate technical quotes and ROI models using automated tools.
• Perform blueprint and value engineering to modify designs for sales support.
• Bridge sales and plant floor to ensure quoted assemblies meet lead times and fabrication limits.
• Present detailed technical specifications to client executives to advance approvals.
