Wintriss Engineering Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager to drive new business in the U.S. and Canada, walking production lines with engineers and managers to tailor automated surface inspection solutions.

You will partner with engineering and applications teams, develop ROI cases, and manage proposals from prospecting through order, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and travel serverely 50–70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered solutions into industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read specs, drawings, and layouts and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for and develop new business within your territory and target industries.
• Build a pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and industry events.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upgrades and expansions.
• Represent Wintriss at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, activity history, and forecast.
