Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline.
• 1 year of experience in a technical or sales role.
• Fluency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and CorelDraw.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of codes, safety procedures, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and pursue new opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of industrial control systems, pneumatic conveying, extrusion, drying, compounding, weighing, and batching.
• Develop accurate scopes of work, quotes, and technically sound solutions.
• Present NorthWind's capabilities to prospects and turn interest into partnerships.
• Manage the process from initial contact to project handoff and ensure progress.
