Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) invites applications for a Technical Sales Engineer in the Foil Division serving the Northwestern US. This role blends engineering insight with customer-facing sales to drive design wins and expand opportunities.

You will work with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to provide technical leadership through the design cycle, deliver application support, and maintain a strong pipeline while traveling up to 50-70% regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Field Applications Engineering, Design Engineering, or similar.
• Experience supporting OEM customers in semiconductor, industrial, aerospace, defense, medical, or electronics markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-70% regionally.
• Must reside within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop design-win opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Support customers through design cycles from concept to implementation.
• Deliver application support, design reviews, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, and business stakeholders; collaborate with distributors.
