You will drive design wins, support customer applications, and grow business within a designated territory, combining technical expertise with business development and account management to help OEM customers bring innovative products to market. Work closely with engineers, distributors, and internal teams to be a trusted technical advisor, identify new opportunities, and expand

Responsibilities

• Develop new design-win opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Execute territory growth plans with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting customers through the design cycle from concept through implementation.
• Deliver application support, design reviews, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Assist with product qualification, validation, and technical issue resolution.
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with distributors to drive opportunity growth and product adoption.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and training sessions.
• Communicate customer requirements and market trends to internal teams.
• Work closely with Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
