Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support Hypersteel Cold Form Buildings. You will act as liaison between sales and customers for design support and software troubleshooting, assisting with engineering-related order changes.

Occasional on-site deployment to customers and tradeshows is expected. You will educate customers on metal building systems, collaborate with sales leadership, and travel to sites to validate inventory, compliance, and installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience in construction.
• 2 years of steel building design/erection experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Proven ability to understand customer and market needs.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, general contractors, and other industry partners.
• Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey building providers.
• Train customers on technology platforms, product and process details to support them through the sales and building process.
• Oversee video training and product manuals to discuss onsite challenges and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, engineering, and sales leadership to support customer and project success.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various customer segments and markets.
