Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. The six-month training helps graduates gain core technical sales skills, pairing you with mentors and a nationwide sales network.

You will learn fire equipment and building solutions, support proposals, and engage with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners to drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated December 2026 graduation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
