Johnson Controls in the United States is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering program (BEST) designed for recent engineering graduates to start a career in technical sales. You will join a 6-month development track, paired with a mentor, and gain exposure to customer interactions and cross-functional teams.

Through classroom training and hands-on experience, you will build technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills for a high-growth sales career in building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
