Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. Join a 6-month mentored development track designed for recent engineering graduates to learn HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions while engaging with customers.

You'll build technical and business acumen, work with contractors, architects, and engineers, and support proposals and opportunities across a nationwide sales network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an expected graduation date in 2026/2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
