Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in Houston for recent engineering graduates to start a high-growth technical sales career. Youll get a mentor, classroom and hands-on experience, and exposure to nationwide sales professionals to build essential technical and business skills.

Youll participate in structured training, learn building solutions, and support sales opportunities while developing relationships with contractors and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
