Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development track designed to launch a career in technical sales. You will work with a dedicated mentor and a nationwide sales network to gain technical and business acumen through classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions.

From day one, you’ll learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment and building solutions while supporting sales activities and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
